Kicking off the week with a morning gym session… I’ve found the more active I am during my pregnancy the better I feel. Even with back pain or when I’m feeling tired, moving around and breaking a sweat has been the best remedy. Recently, I’ve been focusing on lower impact workouts and trying to eat as much of a plant-based diet as possible (although, admittedly I could certainly do better with this!).
